Horsetail Fungicide Concentrate Planeta Huerto

Horsetail is characterised by its different medicinal uses. It is considered a good healing, anti-inflammatory, regenerative, diuretic, stops bleeding,... But it is also effective as an insect and mite repellent, such as red spider mites and aphids, and for the preventive control of fungi.

The great virtue of this plant is its efficacy in preventing and fighting fungus-related diseases: mildew, rust, powdery mildew and canker.These diseases usually affect plants at certain times of the year, especially when there are hot and humid weather conditions and periods sensitive to attack by these fungi.

Compound formulated from Equisetum arvense L (horsetail) obtained by aqueous treatment of the aerial fractions of this plant. The aerial stems and sterile leaves of the dried cut plant of Equisetum arvense L. are used to prepare a decoction in water. It strengthens the defence mechanisms of crops against certain pathogenic fungi and oomycetes.

Dosage and method of use:

. Use dose: 200-400 cc/hl, i.e. 2-4 ml/litre. With 50 ml, 15-25 litres of broth can be prepared.

Make between 2 and 6 applications depending on needs by foliar application. Apply every seven days.

NOTE: The pH of the water should not exceed 6.5, and a pH regulator should be added if necessary. Once the preparation of the broth with water has been made, use within 24 h.
