Description

Artisanal hazelnut and cocoa spread made with 55% selected hazelnuts, date paste, 8% cocoa powder and extra virgin olive oil. No added sugars, no refined oils, gluten-free, lactose-free, suitable for vegan and ketogenic diets. It is presented as "the only truly healthy cocoa spread" with an intense flavour and creamy texture.

How to use

Ideal for spreading on toast, mixing with yoghurt or smoothies, making cakes, biscuits or as an accompaniment to fruit. It can also be used in sauces, dressings or smoothies.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Refrigeration is not necessary, although in summer it can be kept in the fridge to prevent the oil from separating. Once opened, consume within 6 to 8 weeks.

Recipe

Energy-boosting cocoa and hazelnut toast

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 slice of wholemeal bread
  • 2 tablespoons (≈30 g) Solo Nuts spread
  • ½ sliced banana
  • 1 handful of fresh blueberries

Preparation:

  1. Toast the wholemeal bread.
  2. Spread the hazelnut and cocoa spread on top.
  3. Add the banana slices and blueberries.
  4. Enjoy a nutritious and tasty breakfast or snack.
