How to use

Recipe
Amaranth Flake and Banana Energy Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of amaranth flakes
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- A handful of chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Preparation:
- Mash the bananas until smooth.
- Mix with the amaranth flakes, cinnamon and peanut butter.
- Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
- Shape the dough into small cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 180 ºC for 12-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool and enjoy a healthy snack with no added sugar!
