Recipe
Ginger biscuits with Artemis seasoning
- Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 2 teaspoons Artemis Ginger Biscuit Seasoning
- Preparation:
- Beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda and seasoning.
- Form a dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out, cut into shapes and bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
