Magnesium citrate powder with a minimum of 14.5% magnesium, microcrystalline cellulose bulking agent, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.

Directions for use

Dissolve 2 g (half a teaspoon) in a glass of water, drink or smoothie and take, preferably on a full stomach.
