How to use

Soak for at least one hour, then remove the surface layer that will form a kind of gelatin and wash thoroughly with plenty of water. Once boiled, it can be eaten in tabbouleh, salads, as a side dish, etc. Storage: Store in a cool place (5-15ºC), away from direct light. Keep in dry (RH 55-65%) and clean conditions.

Once the package has been opened, seal it tightly and store it again under the conditions described above to avoid exposure to ambient humidity, odour absorption and microbial contamination.
