Organic Pitted Black Olives
Flavoured and preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
An excellent appetiser with a sweet, bitter and intense flavour.
The 'Leccino' table olive variety is the best olive for producing black olives using biodynamic farming methods (Demeter).
The sugar content is quite low (approx. 2.5%) and harvesting in November-December improves the colour characteristics of the pulp and helps to reduce the bitter compounds.

How to use
